education: 4 years bachelors degree in biology/ premedical followed by a 4-5 year orthopedic surgeon school

demand or need: expected to grow 13% by 2026 

reflection: i do not think that i would like to do this. surgery is a field that i may want to get into but id rather do facial surgeries to help anybody who needs it.

Monson  what this means, is to do whats right even if no one is doing it. its saying to do the right thing at all times even if you're the only one doing it. i think this is important because a lot of people like to follow what others do. if we all do whats right, then those that copy will also do right. this is good because then people will be doing the right thing at all times. i think it is important that people always do what is right. it makes you feel better than doing what is wrong. if we start doing whats right, it'll make more people want to do the same. regardless of what everyone is doing, its important you do what you know is right. doing the right thing may make you a better person apposed to doing the wrong thing.
